Universal has brought its legendary horror brand to Las Vegas with a venue unlike anything the city has seen before. To make every scream possible, EPS was tasked with building the invisible backbone, a massive pipe grid spanning the entire venue, supporting lighting, sound, and effects for every maze while disappearing seamlessly into the darkness.

We had to choose between building an acrobatic apparatus and making it look like a car, or turning a car into an acrobatic apparatus.

They had an idea to put a new twist on the Catherine Wheel Firework… but instead of creating spinning sparks, this would spray water.

This challenge included a rigging system to create incredible visual effects above guests’ heads using 1,000 LED lights traveling over 60ft.

They wanted to create a movable model of the original Wright brothers’ airplane... and they wanted it to fly.
